David Shpigler, President of The Shpigler Group, will speak to attendees of the United Telecom Council's annual conference, UTC Telecom 2006, to be held May 21-24, 2006 in Tampa, FL. In Mr. Shpigler's presentation, entitled 'The Rural BPL Business Case' he will speak to attendees about the potential of Broadband over Power Lines technology's use in a rural setting. The session will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd at 2:15 pm.
