David Shpigler, President of The Shpigler Group, will speak at the UPLC Winter Meeting, to be held at Las Vegas' Red Rock Casino February 27- March 2, 2007. David Shpigler will be giving two presentations that will provide attendees of the annual meeting information about Broadband over Power Line technology and new Smart Grid initiatives. The session entitled 'BPL and Smart Grid', can be seen on Tuesday, February 27 at 1:00 pm, and the second session entitled 'Business Drivers for BPL: Making the Vision a Reality' can be seen on Wednesday, February 28 at 11:00 am.
